I suggested attractive rates, met the placement ratio and successfully placed very specific positions. Results were achieved very quickly from the inception of the contract. and reduced rates during tough market conditions. Well-grounded account management, and networking events twice a year to meet and greet all new placements. I also conducted a monthly call to all new and existing placements as a check-up as part of the retention initiative.

We are tasked with undertaking a range of providing outsourcing support activities including supporting the development of the technical specifications for the rolling stock, and depot reference designs, and providing transport economic and operational advice to develop the rolling stock contract framework, the client needed to develop success criteria for the rolling stock project anchored to its own high-level program objectives.
